Coinkite terrible customer service

I reserved a cold card Q from coinkite early, but when it was finally time to ship, I waited and waited, yet nothing arrived. I even visited my UPS store, but they couldn't find any trace of it. a couple months after not receiving anything, I reached out to Coinkite, but they refused to send a replacement, stating, "We don't know if it did or did not get to you." This is truly disappointing service. The company should trust their customers, especially after they have pre-ordered and paid. I won't be making another purchase from them.
