Can anyone explain this to me? Do I pay this!?!?

So I just transferred $39 worth of bitcoin from my cashapp to my trust wallet (using until I buy a trezor) and once the transaction went through it says at the bottom that there’s a $122 network fee!?!? I did the free transfer from cashapp. It was pretty quick. Maybe 10 minutes. Can anyone explain this to me? Do I have to pay that?
